Collection FAQs

We offer 3 main types: Field Collection (field visits to customers), Office Collection (phone follow-up), and Legal Collection (legal procedures). All services are executed with the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

We work on a fee basis as per the contract with each bank. Details require contact with the contracts department.

Our branches are located in 6 governorates: Giza (Dokki), Monufia, Beheira, Minya, Ismailia, and Qena. We cover all governorates through our field team.

We achieve collection rates exceeding 85% within the first 3 months of receiving cases, with periodic reports provided to banks.

ECC works exclusively with banks, financial institutions, and major corporations. We do not provide services to individuals directly.

Investigation FAQs

Field investigation involves visiting the customer's address to verify their data and location. Credit investigation assesses creditworthiness based on available information.

We provide investigation reports certified by the company, which are accepted by the banks and entities we work with.

We pride ourselves on an accuracy rate exceeding 95% through trained teams and continuous quality monitoring.

We cover all Egyptian governorates with a trained field team in each area.
